The Antitrust Modernization Commission will hold its next public meeting on October 20, 2004. The Commission will discuss at the meeting the criteria it will use in selecting issues for Commission study as well as the nature of the report it will issue. The meeting will begin at 10:00 a.m., and is being held at the Federal Trade Commission Conference Center, Rooms A & B, 601 New Jersey Avenue, N.W., Washington, D.C.
