2003 Montana Report on Natural Resources Conservation Activities

Land, Water, and People

NRCS is proud to continue providing on-site natural resource expertise to help Montana landowners and communities plan and apply conservation systems that improve and maintain environmental quality for all Montanans. NRCS professionals in engineering, biology, agronomy, range, and other sciences are located across the state to support private land conservation efforts.

This report covers one fiscal year, from October 1, 2002, to September 30, 2003. The following are highlights of NRCS annual activities.
